Ms. Kate Nderu is the Chief Happiness Officer of MedLux International accountable for talent recruitment, people management & welfare and training. Her role is pivotal in the functioning of the facility due to our firm belief that happy employees will invariably deliver a dividend in the form of happy customers.

Ms. Nderu is a trained human capital practitioner, with a Diploma in Personnel Management  from Railway Training Institute and a Higher diploma from Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM.) Kate is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in International Business Administration with a minor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Kate has a wealth of experience setting up human resource infrastructure for established institutions and working with venture capital in building teams. Her global outlook on talent management promises a unique and rewarding experience for MedLux International employees.
